Psychotherapy is a process of developing awareness about ourselves: our thoughts and behaviours, feelings and moods, and how we interact in the world. It helps us to boost our sense of self-efficacy and supports us to respond to challenging life situations with healthy coping skills.

Dramatherapy turned out to be very helpful to me. The environment and creative methods used made it comfortable to face issues. It was not only psychotherapy but a profound journey of self discovery which was essential for my life.
